Questions people ask
What counts as an active learner?
Anyone who signs in at least once in a calendar month, on any device or the kiosk. You can add as many people as you like. Managers and admins are free.
Why is there a $299 minimum?
Small sites still get the same setup help and support. The minimum covers about 37 active learners, so most sites never hit it.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans cancel any time. Yearly plans are paid up front and cost the same as 10 months.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Training records, certificates, skill sign-offs and courses export in standard formats whenever you want, at no charge, including if you leave.
Do you have pricing for schools and colleges?
K-12 and Higher Ed editions are priced per student per year. Ask us for a quote.
